Welcome to Annandale

A ready-made community is waiting for you at UKO Annandale! Annandale is well-known as one of the most liveable suburbs in Sydney, combining the relaxing atmosphere of suburbia with the hum of city life.

With 21 co-living apartments spread across three levels, an outdoor terrace at the centre of the building, and a fully furnished common kitchen with dining area, this property provides you with the opportunity to meet new people and build connections with your neighbours.

Annandale is 10-minutes from Central Sydney and only a short bus ride away from the world-famous Bondi Beach or the inner west’s favourite swimming spot, Gordons Bay. Bike riding is a popular way to travel in Annandale, due to its prime location nestled between the beautiful, leafy suburbs of Leichhardt, Glebe and Stanmore.

With boutique shops and cafes tucked away in renovated heritage buildings, there’s so much to explore in this quiet haven of the inner west. If you’re after a change of scenery from the peaceful, green streets of Annandale, the nearby entertainment hubs of Newtown, Glebe and Surry Hills are brimming with vibrant nightlife.

UKO Annandale offers stress-free lease options as well as all your bills rolled into one. If you’re looking for a modern, low-maintenance home with a rich lifestyle, this is the property for you.

Meet your local

Meet Ophelie, your go-to person for all things Annandale.

Originally from France, Ophelie has been living in the Inner West for the past 3 years. She fell in love with its vibrant atmosphere - there is always something to do or discover, and lots of cafes or pubs to hang out at! Her favourites are: the famous Newtown Hotel, with its pool tables and terrace and the hidden bar Earlsjukejoint down King Street - their cocktails are a definite 10/10! With previous work experiences in property management, hospitality, and summer camp management, becoming a community manager felt like the next natural step in her professional journey.

“Being part of a community resonates with me as I grew up in a small village in the South of France, where people are helping each other. From a young age I also really enjoyed going on road trips to different parts of the world, which is where I got into the community vibe in backpacker accommodations and share houses. Curious by nature, I enjoy learning about others’ backgrounds and cultures. I’m happy to share tips, good times, and (French) food with the community!”
